In Plain Terms

We believe you deserve to understand what you're agreeing to. Here's a plain-language summary of our key terms.

Tickets

All ticket purchases are final once confirmed.

Amara & Kin maintains a strict no-refund policy after the 48-hour cancellation window has passed. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact will be disputed.

Transfers

You can give your ticket to someone else if you can't attend.

Ticket holders may transfer their reservation to a named third party with 24-hour advance notice to hello@amaraandkin.com.

Photography

We may take photos at events for our own use.

By attending an Amara & Kin event, guests consent to incidental photography and video recording for marketing, editorial, and archival purposes.

Conduct

We reserve the right to remove guests who disrupt the experience.

Amara & Kin reserves the right to remove any attendee from an event without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive to other guests or staff.

Ticket Purchase & Validity

All ticket purchases for Amara & Kin events are non-transferable after purchase, with the exception of direct transfers arranged through our customer service team. Tickets are valid for the specific date and time listed on your confirmation email. No refunds are issued after the 48-hour cancellation window. Tickets purchased with promotional codes or discounts are subject to the same policy.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 48-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase. Cancellations made within this window will receive a full refund. After 48 hours, no refunds are available. If you need to cancel, please contact hello@amaraandkin.com with your confirmation number. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

Guest Conduct & Removal

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward other guests and staff members. Amara & Kin reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or violates the terms of this agreement without refund. This includes but is not limited to harassment, intoxication, or violation of venue policies. Removal decisions are final.

Limitation of Liability

Amara & Kin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or attendance at our events. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property at our events. You attend all events at your own risk.
